The most important factor in building muscle⬇️
Training intensity ultimately is the be all end all when it comes to driving changes within the body, you can have the most optimal, scientifically built training plan but if you can’t apply adequate intensity you’ll see no change.
It’s also the one thing that can be the hardest to admit needs working on, everyone think’s they train hard, most do BUT there is usually always new level’s that can be found the more experienced you get.
Training is a skill, one that’s often overlooked simply because you can shift the weight from A to B. In reality how the weight is moved, the intent behind it and the ability to push past what you deem ‘failure’ will change over time.
Train with people further ahead than you, train with people who have done what you want to do, be open to taking advice and never stop learning.
