Jo’s 75-Day Challenge – Want to Join Us?

Hey friends!
I’ve decided to take on the 75 Hard Challenge again!! — 75 days of pushing myself physically and mentally.

It’s tough, but I’m ready — and I’d LOVE some accountability buddies to do it with me and Sam!

So we’re setting up a FREE WhatsApp group for anyone who wants to join. No cost, no selling — just real support and daily motivation.

Here’s what we’ll do every day for 75 days:

1. 2 x 45-min workouts (one outdoors) ‍♀️

2. Follow a diet (no cheat meals or alcohol) 🥗🚫🍷

3. Drink at least 3L of water 💧

4. Read 10 pages of non-fiction 📖

5. Take a daily progress photo 📸

A huge thank you to all my amazing Zumba ladies!
Week after week, you show up—not just for me, but for yourselves, and that’s what truly matters. You’ve all been absolutely outstanding in every class this week, and I couldn’t be prouder.

With the sun shining and spring just around the corner, it’s the perfect time to get moving. Remember, even if it’s just 10 minutes of walking, a little bit of exercise each day can do wonders. It boosts your mood, strengthens your body, and keeps your mind feeling fresh.

Consistency is key, and small steps add up to big results. Keep it up, ladies—you’re smashing it!
