Stretching, mobility and flexibility aren't usually very high on the agenda when it comes to fitness, particularly for men. However these are all vital components of fitness, especially if you train regularly, whether that's in the gym or on the pitch.

So to celebrate International Men's Health Week (15th-21st June), I am offering FREE places for MEN to come and try my Purestretch class on Thursday 18th June at 6pm.
