Good morning , I hope everyone is well and enjoying the weather 🌞 Just a wee update, I will be back in the gym on Monday after 3 months off on maternity leave. I have one session available on a Tuesday at 4pm, then I will be fully booked. I don’t plan on coming back to my full hours, so places are limited. If you are interested in that slot, please give me a message. Once fully booked, I can put anyone still wanting a session on a waiting list and hopefully something will come up soon. Thank you to all my clients for understanding my situation , I am looking forward to being back in the gym.( with an added little one when Grannie and Granda are away on their adventures) Have a good weekend 💪

Good morning everyone 😊
I’m just starting to slow things down as I head into maternity leave next week. The gym will be closed until the end of July/start of August, but I’ll be in touch with clients again closer to the time.
I just want to say a huge thank you to all of my clients for your support and loyalty, it truly means so much to me, and I’m so grateful for every single one of you.

(The photos do look horrible from a sunny South Africa 😂) I have decided to open up 6 slots starting Monday 19th of January, so if anyone is struggling to get motivated after the festive period and requires a bit of guidance then please give me a message. Hello, I hope everyone is doing well and getting ready for Christmas!
My final day in the gym will be tomorrow, Tuesday the 23rd, as I’ll be taking a break to recharge for 2026. My first day back will be Friday, the 16th of January.
I currently have a few slots available starting the week of the 19th of January if anyone is interested. Please send me a message if you have any questions or would like to get booked.

Hey everyone, I have a few blocks starting the week beginning 7th July . They will both last 5 weeks up until the end of the summer holiday . If anyone has any questions or interested in signing up please let me know 😊

TESTER BLOCK : The Tester block will allow clients to do 5 x 30 minute sessions for £85 to get to know the gym. It will include help with nutrition and guidance towards a healthier lifestyle.

5 WEEK PROGRAM : The 5 week program will be £150 for the 5 weeks, either 10 x 30 mins sessions, 7 x 45 mins sessions or 6 x 1 hour sessions. It will include help with nutrition and guidance towards a healthier lifestyle.
