🌹 We have joined an exclusive list of just 100 winners across England !🌹

We’re incredibly proud to announce that Woodthorpe Leisure Park has been awarded a prestigious VisitEngland ROSE Award for 2026 'Recognition of Service Excellence'.
And this one really is special… only 100 accommodation businesses across the whole of England receive a ROSE Award each year. 🏆

Unlike many awards, the ROSE Award isn’t simply something businesses enter themselves for. Winners are nominated following their VisitEngland Quality Scheme assessment, with assessor feedback, guest reviews and the overall experience provided to visitors all contributing to the recognition.

The award celebrates businesses that “go the extra mile” to provide excellent customer service, so for us, this is recognition of the people who make Woodthorpe what it is: our team. ❤️

Alongside our ROSE Award, we’re also delighted to retain our 5-Star Holiday Park rating for 2026–27, as well as receiving VisitEngland recognition through the Families Welcome, Walkers Welcome, Cyclists Welcome and Welcome Pets! schemes.

SENTE Social 3 is coming, if you’re interested in coming down to Woodthorpe driving range we will be hosting an event aiming to bring people together over their love of golf. But it’s not just limited to experienced golfers, everyone is welcome.

From Monday 7th September, we’ll be carrying out hollow coring work across the golf course as part of our ongoing course maintenance programme.

⛳ The work will take place across different areas of the course, so some disruption can be expected while the work is underway. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this essential maintenance.

The work is an important part of keeping the course healthy and improving playing conditions for the season ahead.
