With summer coming up, a lot of people start thinking they should probably “do something”…

But then it gets put off again.

If you’ve been in that position, you’re definitely not the only one.

You don’t need to go all in or train 5 days a week — even just getting started and coming in a couple of times makes a difference.

This isn’t a classes gym, there’s no pressure and you don’t need to know what you’re doing.

If you’ve been thinking about it, you’re always welcome to pop in and have a look 👍

We are approaching that time of year as the weather starts to get a little warmer that we start thinking about summer and maybe looking to getting fitter, healthier and dropping a few

With that in mind we thought we’d put on an offer for those thinking about getting started in the gym. From April 1st we are running a special offer for a week where you can save money on your first month.
