Our Match Night 4 Champion!
Commiserations to Paul Cullen 🤝🎯 on another excellent run to the final, making it two final appearances already this season.
It was an eagerly awaited return to the oche for Laughing Fox stalwart and local darts legend John Stewart, making his first appearance of the campaign. He certainly made it count, producing a superb display to win Match Night 4 and take home the night's prize pot. 🏆
John's finishing was outstanding throughout the evening, including 2 monster checkouts, saving the best for the final to seal victory in style. 🎯💥
The victory continues a superb start to the season for the Laughing Fox, with Fox players now having reached 3 of the 4 Match Night finals so far, winning 2 of those finals. 🦊🏆

🏆 The group stage is complete, and the road to the title is now clear! 🎯
After three rounds of action, the field has been cut to 16 as the top two players from each group book their places in the knockout stage of The Laughing Fox World Cup of Darts.

There were some standout performances in the final round. John McAreavey completed a perfect group campaign with a commanding 5-0 win over Liam Cavan to top Group B, while Chris McDonald finished Group E in style with another 5-2 victory, ending the group stage unbeaten. Michael "M.P." McGonagle was equally impressive, securing maximum points in Group C after defeating Graeme Mushet 5-1.

Group G belonged to Crawford Mackay, who swept through all three matches, rounding off his campaign with a 5-1 win over Bill Longmuir. In Group H, Ronnie Clarke also produced a flawless record, completing a clean sweep with a 5-0 victory over Lachlan O'Neil.

Elsewhere, the battle for qualification went right to the wire. Ryan Davis edged out Keiran Crawford 5-3 to claim top spot in Group A, while Mark Boyce stunned Billy McFarlane 5-1 in the deciding match to win Group D. Group F was another close affair, with John Johnson topping the standings after a 5-2 win over Gary Miller, while Grant Mackay progressed as runner-up.
