Take five minutes out of your day and remind someone they’re not carrying it all alone.

Walk. Walk. Walk.
I can’t stress this enough.
No fancy kit.
No expensive membership.
No perfect plan.
Just a decent pair of shoes, some fresh air, movement, and a bit of space away from the noise.
You could even make that phone call while you’re doing it.
A stronger body helps build a stronger mind.
