Billy committed to the plan & applied himself to build 4kg+ of lean muscle with me!
You've heard it before & you're gonna hear it again...
.. this was done through actively changing lifestyle habits & commiting to a sustainable training & nutrition plan that integrated around his life
We sat down together, discussed what Billy wanted to achieve which was gaining lean muscle
Then we considered how much time he was realistically going to be able to commit to his training around his work & life commitments
& from that, I then devised the strength training plan with enough volume to stimulate muscle growth πͺ
Billy then turned up to every PT session & put in the shift to get what needed to be done, DONE π₯
& he went away in-between seeing me each week & completed the remaining training sessions of the plan
He wasn't alone though; he still had my full support & access to me through my app so I was with him all the way through his training annnnnd...
.. also helping him nail his nutrition by finding practical ways to get the food in that was required to support his muscle growth
All around his busy life!
The best part? These habits stuck so when things got tough, Billy didn't 'waiver!' π
& the results speak for themselves!
& show what can be done when you take action & show willing to make the sustainable changes in your life to achieve a goal
