Kaizen Karate Academy is the longest established karate club in Aldershot. The clubs are run by Sensei Billy Cross, the Chief Instructor for Kaizen Karate Academy. We affiliated in 2004 with Longford Karate in Wales and Chief Instructor for Longford Karate, Sensei Marten Hughes to form a very strong Affiliation (Longford, Kaizen, Karate Do Wado). To teach good Karate to our students, without the p

Young beginners (5+) 5.30-6.30
Senior grades / adults 6.30-7.30
WEDS - St Andrews Church Hall, Queens Avenue, Aldershot,
5.30-6.30 Children from the ages of 5-12+
£6 per session

Thank you to everyone who came to the summer camp, what a great weekend. Everyone trained so hard and it was lovely to see the kids playing together in the evenings.
