Lets talk about a big part of nutrition and any health/fitness goal you are aiming for (PROTEIN)
Protein helps with many different things and should be one of your top priorities of hitting its daily target for any fitness goal you may have.
Not only does it come in the form of mest (what most people will instantly think about when ask how to get it) but you can also get it through many other foods such as beans, tofu, dairy products and multiple forms of vegetables.
With that and your target in mind, if you find you struggle to hit the goals then having protein shakes will be an easy way to bump up the numbers but is not an essential.
