All welcome – come join the team! 💪 Formerly known as Fleet RUFC, Aldershot & Fleet have come a long way in their short history. The club started in 1991 as a pub side when twelve players would meet on a Saturday morning and grab anyone else around to make up a squad. Many of these early players are still active members of the Club. Thi

ngs are very different now with an enthusiastic team of coaches, dedicated forward and back trainers and a well organised committee who are determined to see the club succeed in Hampshire Division 2. One thing that has not changed since those early days is the social nature of the club. From the very earliest beginnings Aldershot & Fleet RUFC has been an extremely friendly rugby club and members will ensure this continues as the Club evolves. Seniors: - Training on Tuesdays and Thursdays 19:00-21:00

Juniors: - Training and matches on Sundays 10:00

Last night we attended the Hampshire Volunteer of the year awards and Harry Andrews is off to the Allianz!

As Senior Men’s Captain, he leads from the front on and off the pitch. He’s also transformed opportunities for women’s rugby at Aldershot & Fleet RUFC by creating the club’s first women’s contact team, the Herons. Starting from a small touch rugby group, he’s built a thriving, inclusive women’s rugby programme now welcoming players of all ages, backgrounds and experience levels, set to enter league competition next season.

Alongside coaching, recruiting, and organising fixtures, Harry has raised thousands through fundraising events and led charity matches supporting the Down Syndrome community and the Injured Players Foundation.

His energy, positivity and commitment have strengthened the entire club, empowering new players and building a culture of confidence, friendship, and community.
A true ambassador for Aldershot & Fleet and Hampshire rugby, thoroughly deserving of this recognition.
