‘SWEAT’

I’m very excited to announce I’m starting a brand new class next Monday at the Maida Gym, Aldershot.

SWEAT is a fun and sweaty class mixing cardio machines, weights, and bodyweight leaving you high on the happy hormones!

Intense bursts of power and speed mean HIIT training can help you increase your overall stamina, strengthen your muscles, heart and lungs. HIIT is amazing for burning fat and building lean muscle efficiently.

This class will give you a full body workout, targeting your legs, core, glutes, arms and shoulders. Plus your metabolic rate staying higher for hours after the workout.

Expect Ski Ergs, Assault bikes, Rowers, Kettlebells, Dumbbells.

Starting next Monday 3rd October, the first week is FREE.

After that prices will be
£8 - drop in
£48 per month- 2 classes a week (£6 per class)
£60 per month - 3 classes a week (£5 per class)

Monday, Wednesday & Fridays 930 - 1015 am

With option to add on a gym membership for £16.99!

Suitable from beginner to advanced!
