THE BREAKING NEWS!!!

This is Harvey Brian.

Harvey came to us and transitioned from a outfield player to a goalkeeper having never having any goalkeeper coaching before with his talent being picked up by Sam who is a Southampton scout. Harvey turned up week in week out with an outstanding attitude and determination leading to interest from a few professional teams including AFC Wimbledon.

Each week Harvey improved massively through his hard work and at the start of the season he got invited into AFC Wimbledon for a trial. He worked very hard and took his chance and had amazing reviews.

Harvey has signed for AFC Wimbledon at the start of 2021 and a very bright future ahead of him.

Good luck Harvey and we look forward to seeing you in the future wearing the number one shirt in professional football.

One of today’s group sessions. The focus of today’s session was based around ball familiarity, dribbling at different speeds, cutting into to shoot as well as practicing driven crosses to the back post. All equipment setup prior and cleaned. The session can be adapted to a futsal session focusing on the term shoot to aim for the back post or miss! If you shoot to miss it sounds stupid but a player would be running to tap it in if they were to playing futsal. In football it would be practicing driven crosses to the far post for a tap in.
