Hey everyone! 🏃‍♂️ We’re launching Fit & Fun right here at CrossFit Aldermaston in partnership with LKS Active! 🎉

If you want to get your kids moving in a way that skips the “boring gym” vibe and focuses entirely on enjoyment, this is for them. It’s all about building physical confidence and social skills through games.

We’re running FREE Taster Sessions on Friday 05/06:

🔹 Fit & Fun Juniors (Ages 7-10) | 16:00 - 16:30 Perfect for younger kids to burn off energy. They’ll be doing fast-paced tag and reaction games, fun agility challenges that naturally teach safe jumping and landing mechanics, and team games focused on cooperation and making friends.

🔹 Fit & Fun Teens (Ages 10-14) | 16:30 - 17:00 Great for building functional habits. They’ll tackle dynamic team challenges to shake off the school day, learn fundamental bodyweight movements (like squats, lunges, and core stability) safely to protect growing joints, and work through fun fitness puzzles that require teamwork and strategy.

The official weekly classes start the following week on Friday 12/06. Classes are strictly capped at 15 kids per session to ensure high-quality coaching and safety. 🛡️

Little bit late but here is the turnout for our bank holiday star Wars themed work out. It was amazing to see so many committed people jumping in and getting together as a community especially with some new faces to the gym.

We have our community in house competition next Saturday (16th).

Meet Our New Coach: Harvey!

We’re excited to welcome Harvey to the CrossFit Aldermaston coaching team, and trust us, you’re going to love the energy this guy brings.

Harvey has spent years in the fitness world as both a personal trainer and group instructor, all while competing in Decathlon at a national level. Ten events. Two days. Speed, strength, endurance, the full package. It’s exactly what makes him such a natural fit for CrossFit.

He’s never been one to train for just one thing. Variety, functionality, and high intent have always driven his athletic journey, and that’s the same passion he’s bringing into our community.

Harvey is all about teaching, uplifting, and shining a light on what fitness can do for people, and we can’t wait for you to experience that firsthand.

Harvey’s Credentials:

• Qualified CrossFit Coach
• Qualified Personal Trainer
• Qualified in Plyometrics, Speed & Agility
• Qualified in Lifting for Sports Performance

Experience Includes:

• Competing in and judging Turf Games
• Competing in Athex
• Background in Running Performance

We’re can’t wait to have him on the floor, in the classes, and part of the CFA family.
