AJ Pilates Home and Studio based Pilates The studio is small and suitable for small intimate classes (3/4 people) or 1:1, 1:2. Beginners, intermediate and advanced levels.

Pilates is a continual learning process and in this age of computers and sedentary lifestyles it is more important than ever to keep moving. We also teach small groups and individuals in the comfort of their own homes, where I bring a variety of equipment necessary for a one hour lesson. We feel this is a far more intimate way of teaching Pilates, rather than the larger classes where you won’t get

the same personal attention. This is an enjoyable experience and we like to think that everyone who visits us has a pleasurable time as well as improving their wellbeing. Post operative and continuing from physio treatments. All equipment is provided. If you have any questions about Pilates or how we run our classes, we would be pleased to discuss with you. Please note we will charge for cancellations less than 24 hrs before class.
