Well what can I say about yesterday …the hardest most painful and toughest thing I have ever done in my life ….lots of mental head games with myself all the way round to stop me from quitting, thanks to everyone who came to support and thanks to the amazing supporters across Manchester ….there were times I wanted to stop running and high fiving people dressed as bees in the final miles was just the motivation to keep things moving
Very emotional and body draining day all round but would I do it again …? 😳🫤 I kinda want to !!
As most of you know I was running this for in memory of my mum and dad who I lost to cancer , my mum a few years ago and my dad more recently a few months ago #
My link is still live for donations if you can spare anything at all it will be welcomed and don’t forget to click gift aid

PS….nobody warns you of the pain when walking to the medal counter and beyond after you finish 😂😂😂😂😬
