For me September always feels a little bit like January.
My children are heading back to school, summer is slowly coming to an end and we start thinking about getting back into some sort of routine.
Maybe September is a good time to start something new, get back to something you enjoy, or simply make a bit more time for yourself.
There’s lots going on at the studio this September:
🤍 Physio clinics Monday–Wednesday & Friday–Saturday
We’re also really excited to welcome a new physiotherapist to the team from Saturday 5th September.
🧘♀️ Yoga every Monday & Wednesday
✨ Mat Pilates & Reformer Pilates Monday–Saturday
🌿 1:1 & 2:1 Pilates Monday–Friday, on both mat and reformer
👶 Mum & Baby Pilates Tuesdays & Thursdays
We have spaces in our new Thursday block starting 10th September.
🔥 And we’ve added a NEW Jumpboard Reformer class to the timetable!
So as the new school year starts and we head towards autumn, perhaps it’s time to think about what you’d like your routine to look like.
Doesnt have to be anything drastic. Just a few little intentions, some movement and making time for yourself.
