Lambwath Lakes We are a well established coarse fishery & have been in business for over 20 years! we have recently Welcome to Lambwath Lakes page!

We are situated in the Village of Aldbrough on the East coast. Entry to the Lakes are gained via Seaside Road on the right hand side, just before Aldbrough caravan park. Here at Lambwath Lakes we have 5 ponds, each stocked with a variety of fish including Carp, tench, Bream, Perch, Ide. We are a course fishery open to the public all year round from dawn until dusk. Night fishing is not permitted.

No booking is required and we offer an open pond policy where fishing is available on any of the ponds & on any peg. This is subject to checking our online match calendar and details of these events are also available on our pond notice board. Please check these prior to arrival to avoid disappointment. Prices:
£8.00 Adult
£6.00 Children
£6.00 OAP

* Prices are for the day, additional rods are at no extra charge but please make sure you are correctly licensed.

Due to the recent wet weather we have decided to close the lakes from the 11th December and will re open when ground conditions are better.

Good Afternoon all, thank you for your patience whilst we have been closed.

Conditions down at the ponds are good so we are opening Lambwath Lakes at 8am Monday the 24th February.

Good afternoon everyone due to the very wet conditions down at the ponds, we will be closing Lambwath Lakes for a few weeks from Monday 6th January.

As soon as we are happy that conditions are ok we will let you know.

NO RODS TO BE LEFT UNNATENDED

BARBLESS HOOKS ONLY

NO SPINNING

NO FIXED BOLT RIGS

STRICTLY NO KEEPNETS WHILST PLEASURE FISHING

ANY FISH TAKEN OUT OF THE LANDING NET FOR UNHOOKING MUST BE PLACED ON A UNHOOKING MAT OR CARP CRADLE

KEEP ANY FISH AS CLOSE TO THE UNHOOKING MAT OR CARP CRADLE FOR PHOTOGRAPH PURPOSES APPROXIMATLEY 25CM

ALL LITTER OR UNUSED BAIT TO BE PLACED IN BINS

DOGS ON LEADS AT ALL TIMES

NO FIRES, BBQ'S OR CAMPING

NO CYCLING AROUND THE PONDS

ANY VERBAL ABUSE TO THE BAILIFF OR MANAGEMENT WILL NOT BE TOLERATED

FAILURE TO ADHERE TO THE RULES WILL RESULT IN BEING ASKED TO LEAVE THE FISHERY
