I've been spoiled this morning by my lovely boys...

They didn't moan, fight, wrestle, shout or scream at each other (for about 10 minutes anyway ๐Ÿ˜†)

Itโ€™s really annoying to hear all the garbage and misinformation that is put out on social media about health and fitness.

The fad diets, go vegan, go keto, do this s do that!

So what is the best way to eat?

Itโ€™s very simple: the best way to eat is the way that you can do it consistently and the one that get you some results!

One single food doesnโ€™t define your entire diet.

Neither does ONE food group.

But I can tell you, the most successful people in my experience of training 100's probably 1000s over the years, they all have a few common traits:

- They exercise regularly, 2-3x weekly the right way.

- They make exercising fun and enjoy it.

- They eat natural food 70% (or more) of the time.

- They still enjoy nights out, dinners with friends and yummy desserts.

- They don't just focus on weight loss, they focus on all the benefits of eating well and exercising.
