Was I nervous to get on stage?..
Growing up I've never been the most outgoing kid, standing in front of people and performing when I was younger was always a nerve racking thing to do. ...
Having everyone in the room looking at you can be nervous as you're wondering what they are thinking of you..
However going on that stage for me, was one of the most comfortable things I've done, I didn't feel nervous or scared at all. I was confident to show off the hard work I'd put in.. ... I couldn't care what everyone around me thought, I was proud to get up there and focussing on the moment that was building up for months..
One of the best feelings I've had was going on that stage as I didn't let nerves bring me down..
Don't worry about what other people may think of you, have confidence in whatever you're doing. And show them who YOU are πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺ...
Thanks to everyone who was there and who competed who made it a quality day to take part in ..

This weekend has been unforgettable πŸ’ͺ.
Nothing compares to the feeling of getting on stage after putting in all that hard work and being consistent with your plan. .
No matter where I came, I acheived my goal of competing and was over the moon with how my physique looked. .
I know I worked hard and for me that was my win as I know I did all that I could. I won the moment I stood on stage..
Always put in your full effort as you want to look back and be proud of your acheivment and the effort you put in. And avoid thinking; "what if I tried a bit harder?". ..
βœ”οΈβ—The challenges you face and struggles you come up against don't last. But the feeling of reaching you goal and feeling proud lasts for ever!β—βœ”οΈ..
After all the hard work, and after entering my first ever comp, I managed to place in the top 5 which I couldn't be happier with!.
Coming up against and standing next to other athletes with amazing physiques was an honor, and congrats to everyone else who competed. Everyone looked sickπŸ’ͺ.
Thank you so much to everyone who supported me and followed the journey, I feel so lucky to be around such sick people that support me like everyone has! .
Couldn't have done it without you...

Achieving your goals..

You can do anything you put your mind to but the main thing is being patient...

It's not going to happen over night...

The hardest bit and why alot of people give up is because they're not patient or consistent...

Don't be annoyed if you not seeing any progress, just don't give up...

Pain is only a temporary thing and when you look back it will be worth it...

Like if you're moaning now, just think, try and remember what you were moaning about a month ago today...

It's not gonna be easy but that's what makes reaching your goal worth it as you know all the work has paid off...

Stay consistent and patient with your path, you aren't going to achieve anything if you're not consistently putting work in...

Keep your eyes on the goal, and never doubt yourself!πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺ..

If you want it enough, you will achieve it.....

What is the best type of cardio to do?.
How long?.
When should I do it?.
Should I do it fasted?.
He much should I be doing?..
There are loads of questions asked about cardio and so many different ways to do it...

Everyone will have their preferred way to do it and tell you which is best for losing fat ect...

There is no set way to do it. Yes some different approaches would have different benefits, however if you're going to hate doing it what's the point...

If you're serious about your physique, there's a chance at some point you will need to do it...

Whether is a slow, steady walk on a treadmill or a cheeky bit of HIIT, there is so many ways to do it, but if you're not enjoying it you won't be able to maintain it...

Make sure it fits in with you and how you want to do it. As long as you are raising your heart rate, you can do it whichever way you want...

Make sure it's what you want to do. It shouldn't be a chore...

Don't doubt yourself....

12 weeks of dieting..I am very happy with how my shred is going.I am starting to get really close now, cutting my carbs ...
