Pattern’s Course .

All Students from blue belt should attend it is worth while!!

The South midlands will be running a patterns course on Sunday 18th February starting at 10am to help students and raise money for charity.

After the last session we have changed the format slightly. It will now be a 4 hour session for blue belts and above.

The first hour will focus coloured belt patterns and as we had so many black belts arrive in the first class we will be able to split into groups for specific pattern teaching.

The second hour will be split into three groups, 1 for 1st Dan Patterns, 1 for 2nd Dan patterns, 1 for 3rd Dan patterns. Higher grades can train to practice their patterns in any group that wish to.

The third hour will focus on 4th Dan patterns

The fourth hour will focus on 5th Dan patterns.

Black belts can train in any session and can also help out in the coloured belt session if they wish.

The cost will be £10 per person and once we have paid for the hall Hire all extra goes to charity. Any suggestions for a charity will be considered.

Saturday 4th February Master Joseph Schembri 6th Dan will be holding a Sparring Seminar for us at Kingsley Sports Centre 9.00-10.25 white to blue tag and 10.30-12.00 blue belt and above. Entry is free of charge and open to all students. This is an amazing opportunity to learn from one of our best. Let me know if you wish to attend.

The date of the next grading will be on Tuesday 24th January. The grading will be held at Stratford Community sports centre starting at 6.45pm.

*Please note that students must have been attending regular classes to be eligible to grade. *

The grading form will be on the club website in the next week.
