From little Ninjas 4-7 years, Children’s Karate 8-11 years, Adults and Ladies only Kickboxing. All of our instructors are inspirational and motivational and will get the most out of you on every class, they are also close protection experts and the syllabus we teach is a mixture of; Kickboxing, Karate, Boxing and Kung Fu, Ju-jitsu and MMA.
