An ECB Clubmark accredited cricket club based at Pecknall Farm, Alberbury. A cricket club that maintains a strong emphasis on equality, inclusivity and enjoyment of the game! We have 3 s
enior weekend teams that play in the Shropshire County Cricket League (Div 1, Div 5, and Sunday Div 1), and a midweek team that plays in the Shrewsbury & District Evening League. We have a full youth section set up, offering regular coaching and games to boys and girls, of all ages. We run AllStars Cricket (ages 5-8), Dynamos Cricket (ages 8-11) on Monday evenings, and our own junior coaching (ages 8-16) on Wednesday evenings. We have both male and female coaches, that volunteer to coach all at the club, to ensure everyone has an opportunity to enjoy the game! Located at Pecknall Farm, Alberbury’s home ground is an idyllic setting, overlooking the Breiddens, the Llanymynech and Berwyn Hills. The ground is in Wales, with the English border running alongside, giving batters the rare opportunity to hit the ball from one country to another!
