Doing a bodyweight pull up isn't normal - only 17% in U.K can do this.

Doing 10 push ups isn't normal - only 46% can do this.

Running 2k without stopping isn't normal - 80% of adults struggle to do this.

Social media will tell you this is normal with fitness influencers to compare yourself to and make you feel like s**t every time you pick up your phone.

But just because you can't do this stuff now - doesn't mean you can't do it period.

Konor's been training twice per week - pushing himself, but not killing himself.

He's also got a very flexible diet - he eats what he wants, as long as we are being mindful of calories/protein.

I intentionally put bacon rolls, chocolate, crisps etc in my clients meal plans to make their diets sustainable, enjoyable and realistic.

No food is off limits.

If you have a fat loss goal and your only focus is going to the gym and you're not thinking about...

- how much you move day to day
- how much calories you are consuming
