Also we offer a wide variety of fitness classes per week, over 45 classes including Metafit, Legs Burns & Turns (LBT), Kettle-Fit, Barbell-Fit & Core-Fit. Our fully qualified team of personal trainers will be there will be there to support you through your fitness journey. By handpicking and designing our gym from scracth we have been able to pick all the essential equipment that is needed and by taking out some of the gimmicks you might find in other gyms we have managed to create a state of the art gym for very affordable prices.
