Hi guys, your January trial month is over..
I want you to take a moment today to look back over the past month..
If you started the year with a new fitness plan and have stuck with it and have surpassed your expectations of where you would be at the start of February - I hope are proud of yourself for the work you’ve put in to creating healthier habits and making moves towards your end goal and I hope you keep smashing it.
If you started the year with a new fitness plan and you haven’t found yourself starting February quite where you wanted to be - well then this one is for you.
So maybe January didn’t go QUITE to plan, maybe you were a little more frivolous with your nutrition than you perhaps should have been or a little inconsistent with your training.
Well that’s okay.
Because we don’t live in a world where life is perfect and we are always on the ball excelling just because we wish it so.
I’ve not had a perfect start to the year either - so I get it.
But guess what, this can be a fresh start!
We get to look back at the past 4 weeks and see what worked for us and what didn’t.
We keep what worked and we find new ways to work around the obstacles that got in our way.
This is why it is so important to check in with yourself (and your coach if you have one) on a regular basis to adjust your programs to fit you, your goals and YOUR LIFE.
So take some time today and have a look at where you can make small changes to what you have (or haven’t) been doing to align with your goals and values.
