Evening all!! Thanks for following my new page. I do a lot, with a lot of people - personal training, dieting plans, Olympic lifting, sports massage therapy and nutrition lectures all based in my gym. I always have lots of my clients getting so many good results from losing weight, improving technique, strength, lifts and over all fitness, I just wanted a platform so I can share that without it being on my personal account. Also share training videos and tips on nutrition and overall fitness and any offers on personal training courses, classes or nutrition lectures I’ll be running etc will be posted on here.
