Busy parents don’t need another diet
Between work, kids, school runs, and a million other things…
Most parents don’t have 2 hours to spend in the gym or time to cook separate meals.
They need a simple system that fits their life!!
Here’s how I was able to drop over 7kg while still juggling being a busy parent:
1️⃣ Protein first: Eggs, Greek yogurt, chicken, or even a protein shake = fast meals that keep you full.
2️⃣ Short, efficient workouts: 2–3 strength sessions a week (45 mins). That’s it.
3️⃣ Stop the guilt: Fat loss doesn’t mean cutting out pizza night or alcohol forever. It means balance.
4️⃣ Finally I hired a coach, this wasn't because I didn't know what to do this was simply for someone to keep me on track and be there when things got tough to give me that push back in the right direction
