As is often the way this time of year, Fitness professionals inundate you with adverts to start the 'new year, new you' campaign. I am fortunate enough that I have not had to advertise, 100% of my business comes from personal recommendations, which for me is the biggest compliment.

MP Fitness are now offering a monthly option for those who don’t want to produce a lump sum for block bookings but still want savings on the regular PT price and same commitment.
