Clubbercise at The Ballroom with Active Community Fitness come and join us every Tuesday evening at 6.45pm A dance fitness class bringing Clubbing to your work out. Fun for all :)

Using Disco lights, glow sticks and lots of awesome 90's dance songs and current dance music. Dance you heart out, easy to follow, get a sweat on all without realising you are actually working out!
