Fight preparation 💪🥊

1 minute 30 seconds rounds.
1️⃣ Double round kicks, none stop with consistent power.
2️⃣ 4 punch combo, repeat 3 times then sprawl, repeat until time runs out.
3️⃣ & 4️⃣ Free style pad work, with defense.
5️⃣ & 6️⃣Escaping holds, avoiding submissions.
