I started training at 14 but didn’t compete until I was 32.

I was unemployed for 5 years in my 20’s and I’ve seen 3 counsellors for confidence issues.
Meeting Brogan changed my life.
I’ve got an addictive personality. Right now it’s caffeine and work. It’s the same personality that helped me become a World champion bodybuilder.
I’ve drank alcohol twice in the last 10 years.
Becoming a dad changed my whole perspective on life and gave me more motivation than anything else ever has.
My grandma and grandad were mayor and mayoress. My dad and brother played cricket for England. Darren Gough was my idol growing up.
I represented Lancashire for cricket, football, athletics and cross country.
I represented the girls swim team at college, they were short of people.

I’ve started playing golf and am going to start fly fishing.
I’m an introvert, I like my own space. I’ve only had one girlfriend.
I don’t like spiders, I hate needles, and belly buttons freak me out.
I’ve got a massive sweet tooth and my favourite food is protein oats.
Favourite meal out is a curry.
I love a white monster.
I’m a Man United fan, but I’ve also supported blackburn and Burnley!
I like retro wave, psytrance and progressive house. St Ives is my favourite holiday spot.
Favourite films are Predator, Aliens and Terminator 2.
Favourite comedy is fawlty towers.
I used to love gaming, MW2 and Halo 3 are my favourite games. I used to bandage my fingers up before playing because I played that much.
I’ve got a sphynx cat. Growing up we had a golden retriever and 4 springer spaniels. One of them, Spike, was my best mate for 13 years.
