What a beautiful evening for training! 🌞⚽

We're absolutely hammering our passing drills at the moment as we work towards reaching prime Barça tiki-taka levels! The boys were excellent tonight, with some fantastic passing, movement and communication on display. It's great to see their hard work paying off every week.

This lad worked his socks off tonight. His listening, attitude and effort were spot on from start to finish. Archie probably had his best training session yet and showed exactly what he's capable of when he puts it all together.

⚽️🤍🖤 What a fantastic day for our Huncoat United Under 7s Whites and Blacks! 🖤🤍⚽️

Today, we were invited by Amazing Accrington to take part in their Urban Football Tournament. Despite being the only Under 7 teams competing against Under 9s and Under 10s, our young players didn't let that stop them from having a brilliant time!

The determination, enthusiasm and confidence shown by every player was fantastic to see. Bringing both our Under 7s Whites and Blacks together for this celebration of football really warmed the heart, and it was great to see friendships, teamwork and plenty of smiles on display throughout the day.

Days like these are what grassroots football is all about – enjoying the game, creating memories and developing as players both on and off the pitch.

There may even have been a little Huncoat vs Huncoat friendly along the way... and rumours suggest the Whites might just have come out on top! 👀🤫⚽️ We're sure the Blacks will have something to say about that next time!

A huge thank you to Amazing Accrington for the invitation and for organising such a great event. Well done to all our players who represented Huncoat United with pride – you were all a credit to the club! 🤍🖤

What a day for the U8s Black up at Glenside.

On fire in the group stages only losing 1 game, made it into the semi of the champions league.

Today unfortunately wasn’t our day after going 1-0 down the boys battled hard to bring it back to 1-1. We scored an own goal in the dieing seconds of the game 😫

Our grassroots football pitches are maintained entirely by volunteers who give up their own time to provide a safe place for local children to play and enjoy football.
Sadly, acts of vandalism can undo hours of hard work and cost valuable funds that should be spent on supporting our young players.
If you see anyone causing damage, riding vehicles on the pitches, or engaging in any form of vandalism or anti-social behaviour, please report it immediately.
