Martial Arts is a popular sport for children. Yet dedicated, passionate, talented students can no longer use them for GCSE. I think Martial Arts are wholly inclusive, appeal to all genders, all ethnic backgrounds and children with SEN. They can help promote fitness, self-discipline and respect.

Entry forms now available from your club Sensei to enter the Masters Of Martial Arts Championships 2024 🥋🈴

Categories are Kata, Weapons Kata, Random Attacks, Continuous Fighting & Pairs Demonstration. Max of 3 events can be entered per student.

Forms must be handed back to your Sensei by Friday 5th April, no late entries will be accepted!

Please make sure you purchase spectator tickets as soon as possible as these do sell out quickly (limited 2 spectator tickets per student)

Don’t forget Sensei Nigel Whitehead is running a sport ju jitsu class in preparation for the competitions every Saturday at our Academy @ Oxford street Accrington 11:30am- 12:30pm

🥋Junior belt grading Sunday 3rd March 🥋

Please can students ensure they enter via the main entrance and are signed in and on the mats ready for their grading time. Gradings will last approx 45mins, students will then exit via the side entrance. Please ensure payment is made before the gradings, your Sensei’s will be sending out payment links in due course 🥋✅

Squad Training is back this Saturday 17th February 2024. It's our first class of the year and time to start training for our local competition in April. We need hard work and focus to prepare ourselves ready to compete. Bring with you a good attitude, water and all your equipment. 🈴️🥋🥊🥇🥈🥉
