Massive respect to my teenagers right now 👊

Some of you started the VSB YOUTH PROJECT just trying something new… now you’re turning up on extra days, putting in real work, and pushing yourselves to levels most people won’t even touch.

That’s not normal. That’s different.

We have some serious potential in this group right now. But potential means nothing without work — and you’re proving you’ve got both.

Stay locked in. Stay hungry. This is just the start 💯

Jess has been showing up consistently week in, week out for her 1-1 sessions — and the results are really starting to show 💥

Not just in her physique, but in her confidence too. She came in with zero experience in Muay Thai or any combat sport, and now she’s flowing through her combinations with real intent. Her technique is improving every session, and it’s great to see her progress.

This is what happens when you commit to the process.

Great day at the Max Force Inter-club 👊

Fair play to Liam on his first time out — tough first bout, but he didn’t shy away and got stuck straight in. Came back 20 minutes later for his second bout and looked even better. That’s the mindset you want. The future’s bright, kid 💥

Really happy with my adults as well — Danny, Saul, and Paul all showed great technique. Sharp, clean boxing and getting their drills off nicely 🥊

Big thanks to Bradley and the team at Max Force for having us — always appreciated 👏 🖤

That’s what it’s all about. Keep building, keep improving. Hopefully it won’t be long before we see some of these lads taking the next step and fighting for me 🤞
