17 ladies in tonight including two lovely new members, Amy and Scarlett- Kerry Rawes is also new to the class but part of the gym already so a big welcome to her as well!!

They were very patient and kind with me tonight as it’s been a tough week and they brought the effort and the laughs and I was very grateful to be in their company.

Warm up to get to know everyone, bags, pads and fitness and a bit of sparring for those who were game! And, of course, birthday digs for Sairah - 11 today!! Happy birthday the beast! 💚💪🏻🥊
