Tarland Golf Club This beautifully maintained 9-hole parkland course designed by Tom Morris in 1908 is set in the village of Tarland 28 miles from Aberdeen

With a standard scratch score of 68 for men ( 70 for ladies ) the 5900 yard layout provides many a test and the beautiful, tranquil setting and dramatic scenery combine to give you a day to remember . The course and its surroundings are famous locally for the rich variety of wildlife and one is frequently rewarded with the sight of soaring buzzards or deer crossing the fairways, so golf is not the only pleasure of a round at Tarland.

🏆 DEESIDE LEAGUE CHAMPIONS! 🏆

Tarland have retained the Deeside League title after a fantastic 3½–1½ victory over Peterculter in last night’s playoff at Aboyne.

Congratulations to all the players who represented the club throughout the season.

While we celebrate this achievement, our thoughts are with the friends and family of Doug Booth following his passing earlier this week.

Doug was a much-loved member of Tarland Golf Club and represented the club in the Deeside League on many occasions over the years. We’d like to dedicate this victory to Doug’s memory. We’re sure he would have enjoyed seeing Tarland lift the trophy again.
