👋 Hi, I’m Andy.

🏋️‍♀️ I’m a Strength Coach with 8 years of coaching experience across a wide range of client situations and goals.
I’m qualified to coach Strength & Conditioning and Nutrition as well as Personal Training.
I’ve worked with Rugby players and Fighters and many other strength and power athletes. Getting them stronger, faster, and better at their sport.

😍 What I really love is getting normal people strong as f*ck. So now I specialise in Strength and Powerlifting!

🧠 I pride myself on being evidence based, bullsh*t free, and effective. I’ve also invested in what are the REAL effective coaching skills.
I’m trained in Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), among others (and ADHD/Neurodiversity informed).

Not a new photo because I'm away on a course this week… “start your online business” it's paid for, so as long as I get SOMETHING out of it, I'm happy. And that is probably the best case scenario, since I already HAVE an online business 🤦‍♂️

There's a whole variety of people in attendance, so not everything is going to apply to me.

Makes me think about the work that I do…

You join a group program, follow a template, get a coach who gives the same advice to everyone (or copy/pastes a program and forgets to change the name! 😬 true story! [Not me, obvs]) - then yeah, you'll probably still get SOMETHING out of it!

But not everything is going to apply, and you're missing out on so much more as well!

Truly individual coaching, from a coach who actually cares and knows what they're doing (😅) makes this previous kind of service seem like you're paying someone just to tell you drink more water (a common feature of s**t coaches) and that you'd be prettier if you smiled more (thanks so much, very helpful! 🙄)!

Two weeks of the year down already! January always makes me reflect, on the year gone by and the year to come.

How much has changed, in my life, as well as for my clients - the way I work with people, the methods I use and things I believe.

No doubt I’ll look back at this in a year and reflect on how much has changed again!

In training, as in life, you have to be constantly exploring, finding what works for you, recognising what no longer serves you. Always striving to improve.

The question is - how do you want to look back on today, in a year’s time?

Frustrated that you could have done more, so much more! You could have made incredible strength progress, if you hadn’t wasted so much time, on things that didn’t work, following dead-ends, being inconsistent, or not being quite as effective as you could have been.

Or, satisfied, fulfilled, but hungry for more. Confident that your training and process has allowed you to find what gives you the best gains possible FOR YOU. That you can go into NEXT year, 2024, continuing to build on what you’ve achieved, and get stronger than ever before.

I'm privileged to have some amazing men in my life, in my family, friends, colleagues, and clients.

Today is a good day to think about how we can both be better men, and do better by men.
