🏋️♀️ I’m a Strength Coach with 8 years of coaching experience across a wide range of client situations and goals.
I’m qualified to coach Strength & Conditioning and Nutrition as well as Personal Training.
I’ve worked with Rugby players and Fighters and many other strength and power athletes. Getting them stronger, faster, and better at their sport.
😍 What I really love is getting normal people strong as f*ck. So now I specialise in Strength and Powerlifting!
🧠 I pride myself on being evidence based, bullsh*t free, and effective. I’ve also invested in what are the REAL effective coaching skills.
I’m trained in Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), among others (and ADHD/Neurodiversity informed).
