We’re excited to announce our partnership and collaboration Spartans Elite ABC and VWH School of Boxing to bring even more fire to our local boxing scene in Abingdon 🥊🔥

Together, we’ll be pushing the limits, sharing skills, and building a stronger community of Boxers on the Amateur boxing scene right here in Abingdon and Oxfordshire. Stay tuned for joint training sessions, events, and more!

Great to hear some members have purchased their own punchbags for homework too.
Often considered archaic, but I still think speed balls are useful for building rhythm, balance, speed and coordination 🥊

Time flies when you’re having fun!! 4 hours seemed like 2!
Fantastic turnout at Caldecott School Summer Fete, we enjoyed every minute of it, and great to meet so many people that showed so much enthusiasm learning boxing skills.
We will see a lot of you soon at VWH School of Boxing 🥊
Many thanks once again to Caldecott Primary School for inviting us to such a great event! Congrats

Those who sweat more in training bleed less in battle.
Every junior should be incredibly proud of the effort in training they have put in this year.
Don’t forget! - this Saturday from 11am at Caldecott School, James and Eddie will be there to accommodate all ages for padwork and skills inside the ring! Give it a go it’s the best sport in the world! 🥊
