The GB Boxing Awards is the only nationally recognised structured boxing programme of its kind, and VWH School of Boxing is proud to be the only affiliated organisation in the area authorised to deliver it.

We’re excited to announce our partnership and collaboration Spartans Elite ABC and VWH School of Boxing to bring even more fire to our local boxing scene in Abingdon 🥊🔥

Together, we’ll be pushing the limits, sharing skills, and building a stronger community of Boxers on the Amateur boxing scene right here in Abingdon and Oxfordshire. Stay tuned for joint training sessions, events, and more!

Often considered archaic, but I still think speed balls are useful for building rhythm, balance, speed and coordination 🥊
