I LOVE food ๐คฉ...who doesn't?
I love eating a variety of foods, trying out new dishes and flavours & I love to enjoy my food without any restrictions!!!!
It's crazy how many think being healthy and fit is all about eating only salads and smoothies! ๐ต
This is NOT the case.It has taken me years to understand what works for my body and build a healthy and sustainable relationship with food!
Food isn't just about staying fit, it's about enjoying every moment and celebrating with friends and family!
So, let's keep things balanced and make sure we're living life to the fullest.
