Winners of the Longdog Cup 🏆 - Borussia Ya Teeth. 👏

A superb day for the club, family and community related to Kristian. So many people behind the scenes made the day run so effortlessly, with everyone in attendance contributing to the total amount raised. 🤝

Already looking forward to next year, which will be bigger and better. 💙

⚽🏆 THANK YOU! 🏆⚽

A huge thank you to everyone who came down to Duffryn Park yesterday to support The Longdog Cup. What an incredible day it was!

Ten teams battled it out throughout the tournament, with Borussia Ya Teeth being crowned champions and FC Turtle finishing as worthy runners-up. Congratulations to both teams and a massive thank you to every team that entered and helped make the day such a success.

A huge congratulations also goes to our individual award winners:

🥅 Player of the Tournament – Daniel Wall. Daniel was absolutely on fire between the sticks all day, pulling off incredible double and even triple saves that made it extremely difficult for teams to find the back of the net. A truly outstanding performance throughout the tournament.

⭐ Borussia Ya Teeth Player of the Tournament – Lewis Francis, who was solid from start to finish and played a huge role in helping his team lift the trophy. A well-deserved recognition for a fantastic tournament.

We'd also like to thank everyone who came along to support, donated, bought raffle tickets, and helped raise money for a fantastic cause. Your generosity and support mean so much.

⚽🏆 LONGDOG CUP UPDATE 🏆⚽

Due to 2 last-minute team entries, we've had to make a few changes to the format and schedule for The Longdog Cup.

🔥 The good news? We now have enough teams to introduce a FULL CUP COMPETITION, making the day even bigger and better!

📋 New Tournament Format:
⚽ 2 Groups
➡️ Quarter Finals
➡️ Semi Finals
🏆 THE LONGDOG CUP FINAL

Every game will matter as teams battle it out for a place in the knockout stages and a shot at lifting the trophy! 💪🏆

A huge thank you to Wmf Gwent for their generous donation to our Longdog Cup raffle taking place tomorrow! ⚽🏆

They have kindly donated an amazing prize of 2 days FREE at one of their fantastic summer football camps, giving a young footballer the chance to develop their skills, make new friends, and enjoy an unforgettable experience. 👏

We are incredibly grateful for their support and for helping make our raffle even more exciting for everyone involved. 🤝

Raffle tickets will be available from 11am at the Duffryn tomorrow. 🎟

With our unique scoring system, every game matters:

✅ 3 points for a win
🤝 2 points for a draw
💪 1 point for a loss

No matter the result, there's always points up for grabs!
