Big well done to you have worked so hard pushing your limits in any session that you all did! From the start of your sessions to now I saw such an improvement in everything you did and I couldn’t be prouder that you went in and smashed your way through today’s comp. Couldn’t be more prouder of & for their win today! 💪

They took part in their competition of mixed doubles today and finished with a record time of 1:09:40 🔥

The training we have been doing made this a breeze for them, very proud of the hard work these two have put in over the years. Onto the next one team 💪🥳

Massive well done to this year!! At the start of the year we set some goals to reach and she absolutely nailed them 💪

Nel smashed her triathlon and even went on to run Pen Llŷn Ultra (38 miles) shortly afterwards 🏃‍♀️ She has been committed to her training and not only has her stamina increased but her strength has improved so much! I have seen such a difference since the start of her training and I couldn’t be prouder!

A big shoutout to these two! & have worked so hard since they started training with me. They have set goals and achieved every single one. They are now smashing their training, triathlons and other competitions.

Incredibly proud as a coach to see these two not only gain confidence in their own abilities but to see their strength and growth in workouts. They have more than doubled their strength and stamina. This is only the beginning for these two! Couldn’t be prouder 💪
