Autism Swim Sessions

Can we ask, do you think an autism aware swim sessions would be popular ?

This would be a time set aside for people with autism, supported by family members, the session would include, reduced light levels, no music, no jumping or diving and a limited number of people in the pool and changing rooms.

If you or a member of your family are autistic would you support this ?

So far we have had 32 young people attend different classes for Drowning Prevention Week.
It’s been a delight to run these sessions and we have one more session on Friday and there is spaces available.
