Bag runs into yoke loading.

Simple on paper.
Absolutely brutal in reality 😂

These kinds of events expose everything:
✔️ Conditioning
✔️ Grip
✔️ Power under fatigue
✔️ Recovery between efforts
✔️ Mental resilience when your body wants to stop

And honestly, that’s why I love this style of training.

Because progress isn’t built when everything feels easy.

It’s built:
→ When you keep moving under fatigue
→ When you stay composed under pressure
→ When you turn up consistently even when sessions feel rough

That applies far beyond strongman too.

Most people think they need:
“More motivation.”

Usually they need:
✔️ Structure
✔️ Direction
✔️ Realistic progression
✔️ Consistency over perfection

Because random training and quick-fix plans only take people so far.

The people who actually progress long term are usually the ones who:
• Stay patient
• Stick to the process
• Keep showing up

And no — you don’t need to be loading 100kg bags to relate to this.

If you’re a beginner, this could simply mean:
