Massive well done to Steph, Beth, Joely & Nat this morning on completing their 10K Porth Eirias Run. As a team we know how hard you have worked for this and really stepped out your comfort zone, putting some hard graft in, making them early morning and late night runs so worth while. Even better when you smashed some PB’s out on the course today.

And just to add to the PB’s, a target was also smashed all on aid of Motor Neurone Disease with over £300 raised. If anyone would like to donate, you still have a chance just follow the link below 👇

Despite the horrendous weather conditions, Abergele’s pitch was still in action this afternoon. Today’s game was a friendly/ development fixture and what fun it was!

Well done to our Captain Amy on getting woman of the match, well deserved and securing Gele’s two tries!

Today’s match was nothing short of a fight from start to finish, with a very mobile Wrexham team, this time couldn’t match the strength of our Abergele pack.

First game of the season and everyone finding their feet with matched tries on both ends but ultimately Abergele keeping the nerve and holding the defensive line until the final whistle

Great to see some returning faces to the team, Lucy and Sophia who brought an inject of energy in the second half 💚
