D TEAM 🫶🏻
What a brilliant way to finish the season for the D Team with a well-deserved final win. The team played some absolutely fantastic netball throughout the game, showing control, precision and real shape across court.
A huge shout out to Jess, Carly and Ellie for stepping up from our training partners this week to support the squad with injuries and absences. They slotted in so naturally, as if they had been part of this squad all season and played their roles brilliantly👏
Across the game, the team showed great netball intelligence, setting up attack with patience and purpose, while also working hard defensively to win those much-needed turnovers🤌
The team have been building something really special this season, and it was a pleasure to watch them finish with a performance that summed up all the hard work they have put in.

Beth was absolutely outstanding this week and had a huge impact on the game. She was relentless in defence, constantly hunting for ball, reading play brilliantly and putting pressure on every pass into the circle. Her timing on the intercepts was excellent, and she worked so hard to force errors, creating opportunities for her team!🌟
Beth showed real determination and composure, fighting for every ball and never giving the attack an easy option. She supported the defensive unit so well, communicating, applying pressure and helping to shut down the opposition’s attacking play🫡

Saxen put in a brilliant performance, playing a full game at centre. She worked tirelessly to feed the circle, offer options through court and support both ends of the court. In defence, she was a real menace around the circle edge, applying pressure and helping the defensive unit come away with ball. Saxen had a brilliant awareness for the players around her and plays a vital role in each end of the court, her fight today didn’t go unnoticed and a brilliant performance ❤️
