News just in . . . . treatments now available in Aberfeldy!

From Wed 10 May, I will be available in Aberfeldy on a Wednesday and Friday to treat any injuries and pain you may be experiencing, or maybe you just want to optimise your sports performance.

More info to follow next week on the full services available (including sports therapy, sports massage, private training or injury p/rehab) but if you want to book in early then head to www.perthshiresportstherapy.com where the diary is open!

You can still find me in Pitlochry on a Monday (book through Perth Physio Clinic ) and Dunkeld every other Saturday morning

Follow Perth Physio Clinic for the month of March as they break down the original mat pilates exercises. Join a classes in Pitlochry or Perth, or simply add to your practice at home!

"It’s time for !!

As the month of March is nearly upon us we invite you to join us in a deep dive into Joseph Pilates original 34 mat exercises. We’ll be posting a video each day demonstrating and describing some of the key elements to join the global celebration of Pilates.

Participation is open to everyone - simply take a photo or video of yourself and post along with the daily exercise hashtag. Or if posting to social media isn’t your thing why not use the daily videos to support your consistent self-practice, helping provide the little extra motivation to get on your mat everyday, all month long!

We’ll be incorporating the exercises into our Studio classes too and would love to see you there!

Who has their kit bags packed ready for registration and bag drop tomorrow at the Aberfeldy Multi-Sport Festival Middle Distance Triathlon?

The team and I will be at the finish line on Sunday to help you celebrate with a post event massage. Just drop in.

Tuesday 1015-1100
Friday 1130-1215
Aquafit uses your own bodyweight and some equipment, such as pool noodles and hand paddles to give you a challenging and fun workout.
