The Recreation Ground will be open daily from Saturday 27th June until September 6th. Opening hours are 11.00am to 5.00pm. For all enquiries and bookings please call:- 07971890002 during opening hours.
All equipment available and everyone welcome.

The Aberdyfi Recreation Ground will be open from Friday 22nd to Sunday 31st May 2026, opening hours from 11.00am to 5.00pm daily. They're finished! Work to resurface our two tennis courts is now complete and they're ready for play tomorrow (Monday 4th May). How fabulous do they look?! The new Tarmac has been laid! Temporary lines should be painted on Monday; on Tuesday, posts and nets are due to go up, and on Good Friday tennis can resume - and pickleball can start! Don't forget that the recreation ground opens to the public tomorrow (Saturday 28th), 11am-5pm, until April 12th.

Exciting times for our tennis courts – they’re being resurfaced! We are hugely grateful to Sport Wales, Aberdyfi Advertising and Improvements and Aberdyfi Recreation Ground for grants totalling £46,772 to cover the cost of giving the two hard courts a much-needed refurbishment. The new surfaces will also include pickleball court lines (pickleball – a sport for all ages and abilities – has become hugely popular recently, and ours will be the only outdoor courts for miles around). Work begins today and the new courts should be playable in time for Easter. For progress updates and details of membership and court hire costs, watch this space!

***. Good news. ***
We're told the weather is improving next week so the Recreation Ground will be opening from Tuesday 23rd to Saturday 27th September from 10.30am to 4.00pm. Come along and play tennis, putting, bowls or croquet, all equipment available, everyone welcome.

The Recreation Ground is now closed to the public until March 2026. Members still have access to use the facilities.
Tennis membership from September to March is available for the reduced price of £30. Enquiries to [email protected]
