🎾 Ball Team Opportunity – W75 Women’s World Tennis Tour 🎾

Our club has been invited to provide a ball team for the upcoming W75 ($75,000) Women’s World Tennis Tour competition at Scotstoun Community Indoor Tennis Centre, Glasgow.

📅 Tuesday 27 October – Sunday 1 November

⏰ Children would generally report around 9am, with play expected to finish around 5pm (although they may leave once matches finish for the day).

There will also be a training session beforehand to give the children some coaching and experience.

🍽️ Lunch will be provided each day.

This is a fantastic opportunity for young players to get involved in a professional-level tennis event, gain valuable experience and see some high-level women’s tennis up close! 🎾

If your child would be interested in taking part, please get in touch so we can submit them for consideration.

Please note: The event takes place during the school term, so we appreciate any time your child is able to give.

🎾👩🏼‍🎓 Graduated Tennis Leaders 👨🏼‍🎓🎾

A huge congratulations to all of our Tennis Leaders who have taken part in the Tennis Leaders Programme over the last few months! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Over the course of the programme, our leaders have grown in confidence, worked brilliantly together, and brought plenty of enthusiasm and new ideas to sessions. They have taken on more responsibility, developed their leadership skills, and gained experience working with players of different ages and abilities across our club community. 🌟

It has been fantastic to see them supporting sessions, encouraging younger players, and helping to create a fun and welcoming environment both on and off the court. They have become fantastic role models for our younger members and are helping to build the future of tennis within our community. 🎾💙
After all of their hard work and commitment, everyone came together and enjoyed some delicious pizza 🍕 and fun games to celebrate their achievements! 🎉

A huge well done to all of our Tennis Leaders for everything they have contributed to the programme and to our club over the last few months. We cannot wait to see where your tennis journey takes you next! 🏅
